Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated: September 19, 2025
bajucie is committed to maintaining a communication environment that is respectful, relevant, and free from unsolicited or deceptive messaging. This Anti-Spam Policy sets out the standards we apply to all electronic communications sent through or in connection with our platform, and the expectations we place on users who communicate with others via our services.
By using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy in full. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, reporting to relevant authorities, and other remedial actions at our discretion.
1. Scope
This policy applies to:
- All electronic messages sent using features or tools provided by bajucie
- Communications sent on behalf of bajucie by authorised parties
- Any automated or bulk messaging initiated through integrations connected to our platform
- Marketing, transactional, and notification messages associated with our services
This policy applies regardless of the channel used, including but not limited to email, in-platform messaging, push notifications, and any future communication features we may introduce.
2. Definition of Spam
For the purposes of this policy, spam refers to any unsolicited, bulk, or deceptive electronic communication. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unsolicited commercial messages sent to recipients who have not given explicit consent
- Messages sent in bulk without a legitimate relationship with the recipients
- Communications containing false or misleading sender information, subject lines, or content
- Messages designed to harvest email addresses or other personal data
- Repeated, unwanted contact after a recipient has requested to stop receiving messages
- Phishing attempts, fraudulent offers, or deceptive calls to action
3. Our Commitments
3.1 Consent-Based Communication
bajucie sends electronic communications only to individuals who have provided explicit, informed consent to receive them, or where a legitimate interest exists under applicable standards. We do not purchase, rent, or acquire third-party mailing lists for unsolicited outreach.
3.2 Honest Identification
All communications sent by or on behalf of bajucie accurately identify the sender. We do not use deceptive subject lines, false headers, or misleading routing information in any message.
3.3 Clear Unsubscribe Mechanism
Every marketing or promotional message we send includes a clear, functional, and accessible mechanism to opt out of future communications. Unsubscribe requests are honoured promptly, and recipients are not required to provide unnecessary information to exercise this right.
3.4 Transactional Messages
Certain messages are transactional in nature and are sent in connection with actions you have taken on our platform, such as account confirmations, password resets, and service notifications. These messages are necessary for the operation of the service and are not subject to marketing opt-out, though they remain subject to all honesty and accuracy standards.
3.5 Data Handling in Communications
We do not embed tracking mechanisms in our messages beyond what is reasonably necessary to measure delivery and engagement for service improvement. We do not share recipient data with third parties for the purpose of enabling spam or unsolicited outreach.
4. User Obligations
If you use any communication feature provided by bajucie to contact other users, participants, or third parties, you are bound by the following obligations:
- You must have a legitimate basis for contacting each recipient, including prior consent where required
- You must not send bulk, automated, or repetitive messages that recipients have not requested
- You must not use our platform to send messages containing false, misleading, or deceptive content
- You must not use our platform to collect contact information from others for the purpose of unsolicited outreach
- You must honour any opt-out or unsubscribe request from a recipient without delay
- You must not use scripts, bots, or automated tools to send messages through our platform without prior written authorisation
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on or through our platform:
- Sending or facilitating the sending of spam as defined in Section 2 of this policy
- Using harvested, purchased, or otherwise improperly obtained contact lists
- Spoofing sender addresses or otherwise misrepresenting the origin of a communication
- Embedding malware, tracking pixels beyond reasonable use, or malicious links in any message
- Circumventing any technical or administrative measures we implement to prevent spam
- Assisting or enabling any third party to engage in activities prohibited by this policy
6. Enforcement
We actively monitor for spam-related activity on our platform. Where we identify or receive credible reports of violations of this policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

- Temporarily restrict messaging capabilities associated with the account
- Suspend or permanently terminate the account
